Didn’t like an item? No problem. We pride ourselves on having a super easy return system.

Just simply send us an e-mail at mielliboutique@gmail.com with the heading “Return”, and we will reply with a shipping label or QR code, simply use the return shipping label or QR code that was sent in your e-mail. Drop it off at your closest USPS and viola! All returns will be processed unless you wish to exchange for another product or store credit is available.

*You must return items up to 21 days of items received. All items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in the form it was sent.

Please note: all shipping charges are non-refundable.

Accessories including handbags, undergarments, and body suits are FINAL SALE. All sale items, promotional sales, discount codes under 30%, and special orders are eligible for exchange or store credit only up to 21 days after items are received! After 21 days all items are FINAL SALE. Anything over 30% is FINAL SALE.
